Returns & Exchanges

At Peppermayo, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Select whether you would like a store credit or an exchange for a different size, and download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
